the red sole

Unlike, probably, most girls, I've never been overly enamoured by Christian Louboutin's red soles.  Yes, they are sexy, yes they are eye-catching, but many of the styles still leave me wanting.

I remember when they first came out I didn't quite understand what all the fuss was about.  Then this photograph changed everything.  I think it's more the sexiness of the simple sky-high black pump paired with bare legs and a classic mini trench-coat.  The brunette, the blond and the redhead together is perfection.  

Straightforward and simple sometimes works best.
